Rates and Terms

Winter rates:
October 1 - April 30
$100/night , $500/week

Summer rates:
May 1 - September 30
$120/night, $650/week

•  Reservations are required, please contact us for availability. Two-night minimum stay.

•  We require payment at least 30 days in advance.

• Checks, VISA and Mastercard are accepted -- no American Express or Discover.

•  Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations at least 30 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations within 30 days but prior to 14 days before arrival will receive 1/2 the amount paid.
• No refunds for cancellations within 14 days.

•  Restrictions:   NO SMOKING.   No pets.
